The Anne Hathaway-Nicholas Galitzine romance THE IDEA OF YOU is set to make its digital retail debut, arriving on July 2nd, 2024. The film world premiered at the 2024 SXSW Festival before debuting on Prime Video on May 2nd, 2024. The film will continue to be available to stream for free for Prime Video subscribers.
The Idea of You was directed by Michael Showalter from a screenplay he co-wrote with Jennifer Westfeldt, based on the novel of the same name by Robinne Lee. Starring Anne Hathaway and Nicholas Galitzine, it chronicles the love affair between a single mother and the lead singer of a popular boy band.
